Kari and I surprised Rachel, Aaron, Cassidy, Hannah and Mackenzie with a trip to Cold Stone Creamery to celebrate.

Yes, they definitely do look grown up. It's hard to believe our babies will be "upper classmen" next year. Thanks so much for taking time out of your busy day yesterday to celebrate with us. That was a great way to welcome summer vacation.

How great, the last day of school and the beginning of summer! It is nice to celebrate that.
My kids would be jealous to see your kids in school clothes that are not uniforms. Everyone has to wear uniforms in schools here. (Which of course I thankful for, much to my kids dismay!)
Let me know if you ever come this direction! I want to join in on the fun too! : )
Or perhaps I'll just come that way!

#1 & #2 are jealous--they still have 2&1/2 days left. :) I have relented on the no-pool-until-school's-out policy since we are having Houston-like heat. GRRRRRRRRR.......... High heat and high humidity are NOT a good combination.
