Aaron brought home a letter last week stating that he had been chosen from his class to receive "The Terrific Kid Award" sponsored by The Kiwanis Club. A child from each class was selected and the school had an awards ceremony this morning. I've always known he is a terrific kid, but it was nice for the school and The Kiwanis Club to recognize it as well. He had such a hard time adjusting to his new school, I was very thankful that he was selected.

You GO Aaron!!!! We're so pround of you! We have known since the day you were born that you are a terrific kid, but it is so exciting when other people figure that out too. :) Way to go, buddy--your wife is proud of you too. ;)

Aunt Shannon
Woohoo!!!! You are most certainly a terrific kid and now you have an award to prove it! Way to go, Aaron! We're so proud of you!
That is so great! I've been wondering how he is doing in the new area/school. Sounds like he is doing just fine. Hope he's making some good friends also.
Yay, Aaron!
I am so glad you found me on here!! I have thought about you so often!!! Please lets keep in touch this way!! I am going to add you to my blog list if okay with you! Things are well. Jason is working with at&t now and we are still in Nashville area. I am still making friends slowly and liking working part time at the YMCA. I will check in soon!!! Oh yeah...we are going to the Marine Corps Ball next weekend with Sean and Donna Newsom!!! They are stationed at an Army base in Huntsville, Al, about 1 and 1/2 hours from us. We see them every several months or so. I will post pics.
